Overview
Ride along the 37-kilometre paved path that winds down the banks of the St. Lawrence River. Or experience the thrill of off-road mountain biking. The 1000 Islands has something for all skill levels.
Options
Cycle the 37km paved path, which skirts the shoreline’s coves and bays on the waterfront and runs between Gananoque and Brockville. It forms a section of Ontario’s Waterfront Trail that will take you through small port hamlets like Ivy Lea and Rockport.
Explore the Rideau on two wheels. Tour secondary roads or the Cataraqui Trail. The bikes have comfy seats and carriers. Bike maps are also available.
